- Coughing or vomiting blood
- Feelings of hurting yourself or someone else
- Head trauma
- Severe abdominal pain
- Severe allergic reaction
- Severe shortness of breath
- Sudden back pain that radiates to the abdomen or chest
- Sudden onset weakness in the face or body
- Sudden vision loss
- Trauma or injury due to an accident or fall
- Severe or uncontrolled pain or bleeding
